ERI was hired by JESCO General Contractors to perform historical restoration including limestone veneer patching, complete exterior sealants removal and replacement, fountain repair and waterpoofing, and patching and sealing of precast concrete dome that sits atop the structure.

City Hall was experiencing waterproofing issues. ERI was hired to to replace all exterior joint sealants and replace the exterior coating that had begun to fail. ERI successfully completed this work on time and within the City's budget.
