In 2008, Engineered Restorations performed an extensive exterior restoration comprised of exterior joint sealant replacement, installation of pedestrian deck coatings, and exterior painting of metal roof.

ERI has performed several restoration, waterproofing and repair services including waterproofing repair at balconies and replacement of balcony flooring, application of sealants and traffic coatings, exterior sliding door removal and replacement, leak investigation and remediation, and exterior glass restoration.
Hyatt Regency Atlanta

When it was first built in 1967, the Regency Hyatt House, as the hotel was originally called, instantly became one of the most recognized buildings in Atlanta, and its open-air 22-story atrium and revolving rooftop restaurant became a "must-see" attraction by Atlantans and tourists alike. In recent years, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta has undergone a $65 million transformation. ERI's part in the transformation involved award winning exterior restoration services which included - waterproofing of the Polaris Dome, repair and coat concrete at circular ring around dome, complete exterior restoration of Atrium Towers including patching, washing, and coating all vertical surfaces, and wet glazing and coating of the Ivy Tower. ERI was awarded the 2005 ACI Georgia - 1st Place (Restoration) and 2006 ICRI Georgia Outstanding Project of the Year awards for its efforts.

The Sheraton Downtown Atlanta is a 763 room hotel located in Atlanta’s central business district. Over the years, ERI has performed numerous services for Sheraton Atlanta including: emergency repairs to pool deck atrium consisting of shoring and repairing existing wood columns, beams, and decking and installation of added steel supports, installation of load transfer devices at parking deck, re-caulking of joints at exterior drive, providing a vehicular traffic coat and re-striping of drive at valet area, clean and apply acrylic coating to exterior planters, and performed numerous leak investigations and repairs.
St. Regis Atlanta

Engineered Restorations, Inc. performed structual repairs to a large concrete transfer beam at the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta, GA. Repairs consisted of the removal of existing delaminated concrete, installation of additional steel reinforcing and application of shotcrete.
