This former office building turned loft located in the heart of Midtown received a complete exterior restoration that included: water blast cleaning, tuck pointing, replacement of all joint sealants, application of a silicone based elastomeric coating to all exterior wall surfaces, application of new acrylic coating at all balcony and entrance soffits, and painting of all exposed exterior metal components with an industrial grade enamel.

Engineered Restorations, Inc. performed masonry repair services at four Lifetime Fitness locations located in Metro Atlanta that were needed to allow for waterproofing and re-roofing activities performed by others. The scope included removal and replacement of cast stone sills, stone caps and brick at specified locations, new flashing, termination bars and end dams as required, and repairs to brick control and mortar joints. Once complete, ERI cleaned affected masonry with a general purpose acidic masonry cleaner.
