Atlanta Plaza, one of Buckhead's tallest buildings, is a premier 32 story office building located in the heart of Buckhead. Over the years, ERI has been called on to perform various repairs including: Repairs to the existing roof davit system, resealing of the exterior façade, waterproofing of balconies, stucco repair and joint selant replacement.
Decatur Plaza Parking Deck
Structural repairs that were performed on this parking deck include: installation of galvanized structural steel barriers and the removal and rebuilding of a CMU wall section. ERI also installed a new deck drain and repaired and painted existing EIFS walls.
