ERI cleaned, resealed and applied approximately 100,000 SF of elastomeric coating to the 5 story mixed use development located in the heart of Decatur, GA. Additional work performed included: new perimeter roofing, waterproofing of balconies, re-coating of metal handrails at balconies with exterior acrylic enamel paint, and installation of new aluminum gutter system.
