Project Overview:

Exterior brick repairs at the J. Erskine Love Building located on the campus of Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.

Services Provided:

- Installation of built-up scaffold and suspended swing stage platforms to access work

- Removal of brick at shelf angle to allow for installation of thru-wall flashing at backup wall system

- Replacement of brick upon completion of thru-wall repairs

- Reseal of all vertical and horizontal masonry control joints utilizing silicone sealants

- Repairs to brick at flat arch column

- Pressure washing of entire exterior facade
