AMENITY DECK RESTORATION

Project Overview:

Complete restoration of the elevated amenity and pool deck at Marco Beach Ocean Resort located in Marco Island, Florida, including removal and replacement of the existing waterproofing system and associated architectural finishes.

Services Provided:

- Complete demolition and removal of existing waterproofing systems and overburden materials.
- Installation of a new waterproofing membrane system throughout the amenity and pool deck.
- Demolition and reconstruction of planter walls, including new waterproofing and drainage components.
- Removal and replacement of elevated pedestal paver systems.
- Installation of new architectural pavers and related hardscape improvements.
- Removal and replacement of artificial turf areas.
- Removal and replacement of landscaping, planting media, and irrigation components affected by the work.
- Installation of new sealants, flashing, drainage, and miscellaneous waterproofing accessories required to complete the restoration.
- Coordination of phased construction activities to maintain hotel operations and minimize disruption to guests.

 

This comprehensive restoration renewed the waterproofing integrity of the elevated plaza deck while restoring the appearance and functionality of the resort's amenity and pool deck areas.
