BALCONY WATEPROOFING AND PAVER REPLACEMENT

Project Overview:

Removal and replacement of waterproofing membrane and pavers at all balconies located at One Buckhead Plaza office building located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Services Provided:

- Removal and disposal of all existing 2' x 2' concrete pavers located on exterior balconies

- Removal of existing waterproofing membrane down to concrete substrate

- Installation of fabric reinforced hot-applied waterproofing membrane and related flashings 

- Installation of 2' x 2' porcelain pavers on pedestals
