725 PONCE PARKING STRUCTURE & PLAZA DECK WATERPROOFING

Project Overview:

Restoration and waterproofing of the parking deck and plaza at the 725 Ponce building located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Services Provided:

- Installation of Neogard Autogard E heavy duty deck coating system at the upper plaza level of parking deck

- Installation of Neogard RTS PMMA/PUMA heavy duty deck coating system at entry drive lanes

- Joint and cove sealant replacement

- Perimeter and parapet wall cleaning and coating 

- Removal of existing paver divider and installation of new hot-applied Hydrotech waterproofing membrane system

- Application of Aqatrete 400 at plaza

- Hydrophilic grout injection of elevator pits

- Coating and waterproofing of plaza fountain

- Rail post grout pocket repairs

- Installation of area drains

- Installation of pavers on pedestals
