- Replacement of damaged balcony slabs

- Replacement of all balcony railings

- Stucco facade repair and replacement

- Sealant replacement and coating of entire exterior facade

- Pedestrian traffic coatings at all balconies and common areas

- Select replacement of sliding storm doors

- Concrete balcony edge spall repairs

- Parking deck structural repairs including vertical and horizontal concrete spall repairs, route and seal of cracks, and CFRP strengthening.
